Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team at Befit Sports Club. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving membership sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Account Management: Coordinate and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our CRM system.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as housekeeping, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer interactions and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  4. Feedback and Retention: Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Membership Sales: Drive membership sales by actively promoting and communicating the benefits of membership programs to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role with a track record of providing exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software, and excellent organizational skills.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer data to drive decision-making and improve customer experiences.
  5. Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing customer needs and organizational priorities.
