**Job Summary**

The Head of OTC/Institutional Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan that drives sales, revenue, and expense controls for Black Pen Recruitment. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage a team to achieve planned sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their individual sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and provide coaching and guidance to sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
