**Job Summary**
The Head of OTC/Institutional Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan that drives sales, revenue, and expense controls for Black Pen Recruitment. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage a team to achieve planned sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their individual sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and provide coaching and guidance to sales professionals.
