Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to track progress towards strategic goals.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the organization.
Collaboration and Guidance
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic initiatives and provide guidance on their implementation.
Performance Management
  • Regularly review and update strategies and supporting policies based on performance results at all management levels.
  • Implement a comprehensive framework for the institutional performance management system.
  • Define responsibilities and authorities for the application of the performance management system at all stages, adhering to approved standards.
Partnerships and Alignment
  • Enhance relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment of the strategic plan with Dubai's overarching plan, strategy, and government directions.
Leadership and Supervision
  • Lead the development of the authority's strategic plan in collaboration with various organizational units.
  • Supervise tasks and initiatives related to institutional development.
Compliance and Best Practices

Qualifications

  • Educational Background

  • Professional Experience
    • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, institutional efficiency, or a related field.
  • Leadership and Success
    • Proven leadership in strategic planning and institutional performance improvement.
    • Demonstrated success in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

    • In-depth understanding of the sector, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
