Institutional Business Growth Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving institutional sales growth across the ASEAN region. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to improve performance, and mentoring team members on effective sales strategies.
You will co-develop growth strategies with the APAC BD Team Leader and propose tailored solutions for complex challenges. Additionally, you will optimize client profiles to replicate past successes, secure high-value deals, and manage risk by ensuring strong, compliant client relationships.
