The Role:We seek a talented Splunk Presales Consultant to help us achieve our mission. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results, drive customer success, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Create compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase Splunk's solutions.
- Event Participation: Engage with customers at conferences, trade shows, and other field events.
- Tender Document Responses: Craft responses to RFIs/RFPs that address customer needs.
- PoC Engagements: Manage PoC engagements to successful outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical insights and address customer questions.
- Marketing Materials: Develop promotional materials that highlight Splunk's value proposition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the presales team to enhance working practices and processes.
Requirements:
- Domain Knowledge: Proficiency in Big Data, Application Performance Management, or Security.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand client business drivers, technology requirements, and market trends.
- Clients' Business Objectives: Develop a deep understanding of each target client's business goals, operations, and industry trends.
- Splunk's Solutions: Recognize how Splunk's solutions can address client needs.
- Account Planning: Participate in strategic planning meetings to identify new opportunities.
- Business Case Development: Develop and present business cases to clients.
- Persales Experience: Proven experience working for an Enterprise Software Vendor in the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of success in technical software sales.
