About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team at Reliance Career Opportunities. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for cultivating and closing B2B partnerships that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and research potential business partners, generating leads and opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  2. Pitch our services effectively, both in-person and over the phone, highlighting their value and benefits to our target market.
  3. Onboard new customers, organizing events and promotions to ensure strong adoption within our partner organizations.
  4. Maintain and nurture existing relationships, serving as an account manager to deliver exceptional service and support.
  5. Present regular updates on partnership progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunity.
Requirements
  1. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, prospect management, and conversion strategies.
  3. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  4. Excellent analytical and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is a valuable asset.
  6. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Preferred languages: English, Arabic.
