Job Responsibilities
The Travel Retail Commercial Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel retail partners. This includes ensuring the smooth execution of ordering processes, managing day-to-day commercial operations, and providing regular updates on sales targets and stock levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in similar sales/commercial roles, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.

What You'll Get to Do
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Build collaborative relationships with travel retail partners and work together to maintain process flows.
  • Monitor and follow up on monthly orders from customers to maximize fill rates and on-time delivery.
  • Forecast sales by retailer, update shipment planning tools, and provide regular updates on stock levels and anticipated requirements.
  • Track limited editions allocations of saleable and FOCs and organize timely shipments.
  • Maintain clear planning and shipping processes for non-saleable items (testers, GWPs, etc.).
  • Prepare novelties listing forms to support the roll-out of agreed new assortments.
  • Build and propose price-off mechanics and closely monitor budget to ensure no overspend within assigned accounts.
  • Review accounts payable and receivables, follow up on payments, and issuance of CNs and DNs.
  • Update Commercial and Price-off agreements on internal tools (G2N) and reconcile annual rental and rebate calculations.
