Job Summary

The Emirates Retail Revenue Specialist will be responsible for managing the revenue targets and performance of the Emirates Retail network to ensure revenue is maximized and targets are met. This role requires analyzing revenue data to design and implement revenue strategies that drive the highest revenue for retail as a channel and overall B2C.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret revenue data to identify trends and opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Assist the Manager Emirates Retail to set the retail targets for the network in coordination with Commercial Operations and all other relevant EK stakeholders.
  • Monitor targets regularly to ensure that they are met with the Area Managers and Retail Heads.
  • Understand and evaluate market dynamics impacting our Retail revenue and customer walk-in behaviour and work to optimize the revenue generated from our Retail offices based on market conditions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue and footfall in collaboration with outstation teams, Commercial Operations, Revenue Optimization, Skywards and CCMB.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to increase revenue generation for all retail offices.
  • Create and maintain revenue reports for management, Manager Emirates Retail and Commercial Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Honours with 5+ years' experience in commercial, sales, research and analysis.

  2. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategies.
  3. Market Awareness: Understanding of retail market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings to stakeholders effectively.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with retail management systems and software (e.g., POS systems, Excel, analytics tools) for tracking and reporting revenue.
  6. Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
  7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify revenue-related challenges and develop creative solutions to improve performance.
  8. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in reporting and analysis to ensure reliable data-driven decisions.
  9. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inventory management, and finance, to achieve revenue goals.
  10. Project Management: Skills in managing initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, from planning to execution.
