Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth in a specific market segment for Logicom Distribution.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and manage Small and Medium Business accounts in the covered market.
  2. Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
  3. Establish relationships with partners at all organization levels, including senior executives.
  4. Recruit and develop business relationships with new partners.
  5. Share feedback to plan, execute, and manage promotional activities to drive significant sales growth.
  6. Fully engage with Partners' business managers' Team.
  7. Liaise with vendor SMB Team and partner sales Team to effectively manage and close active deals.
  8. Achieve or exceed assigned quota for Cisco product portfolio.
  9. Follow up for payment and maintain credit lines with all partners.
  10. Provide accurate forecasts of deals and share feedback for accounts managed on a weekly basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 2-4 years of selling experience in Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
  3. Very good command of MS Office.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously with a high quota.
  6. Ability to manage credit lines with the internal team and partners.
  7. Ability to recruit new partners.
  8. Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
  9. Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  10. Solid understanding of pipeline management.
  11. Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
Reporting Structure

The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Business Unit Manager.Remuneration
