Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure all necessary stationery and materials are available.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing travel arrangements.
- Communication: Communicate with public services, handle complaints and grievances, and coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office expenses, employee records, and other administrative tasks.
- Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
