Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with our vision and values.
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure contractual profit is maintained and explore opportunities to reduce expenses.
  • Support the growth of Transguard Security Services through business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage billing, revenue accruals, and profit and loss of contracts.
  • Oversee client communications and ensure contractual SLA and client expectations are met.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with all aspects of Security Services to deliver inter-BU service delivery.
  • Coordinate all operational, support services, and management resources to meet TGSS contract performance objectives.
Requirements

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Graduate or university degree and ability to obtain SIRA Security Manager License.
