Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Representative to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage front office tasks efficiently, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer local knowledge and recommendations to guests, enhancing their stay and promoting our hotel's amenities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operating system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues efficiently.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment to working a standard schedule.
