Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. Your duties will include:

  • Managing front office operations, including reception, switchboard, and mail services.
  • Providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
