Front Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests, register them, assign rooms, and provide registration cards.
- Room Status Updates: Coordinate with housekeeping to notify them of late check-outs, early check-ins, and special requests.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, settle guest accounts, and balance cash floats.
- Guest Requests: Answer questions, provide information, and take appropriate actions or refer matters to relevant persons.
- Front Office Operations: Handle cashier activities, exchange foreign currency, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
