About the Position

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in business development, preferably in the travel or related industries. They should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and client information to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify and engage potential corporate clients, presenting our travel solutions and securing contracts.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • To develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the corporate client base.
  • To achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives.
  • To conduct detailed needs analyses to understand and cater to the specific travel requirements of corporate clients.
  • To work with the product team to tailor travel packages and services that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in business development.
  • Strong background in managing corporate sales and understanding of corporate travel management.
  • Ability to formulate and execute business strategies to attract corporate clients and maximize revenue.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and client information.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.
