We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Administrative Executive to join our team at Scientific Analytical Tools. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to drive business growth.
  • Analyze resumes and applications from candidates, identifying the most suitable candidates for our open positions.
  • Provide expert human resources advice, counsel, and guidance to the management team, helping them make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Develop and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development, engagement, motivation, and maintenance of our talent pool, ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills to meet our current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the management team and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in the human resource field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong people skills and a results-driven approach, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to use this software to support business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
