Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our Food and Beverage team at Jumeirah. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the F&B Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the F&B Department, including preparing reports, presentations, and analysis.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with procurement and vendors for store supplies and orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Process Management: Ensure department processes align with Jumeirah standards and requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Track budgets, expenditures, and project statuses, providing accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Administrative Systems: Develop and implement administrative systems to improve productivity, streamlining processes and reducing administrative burdens.
  • HR Support: Maintain attendance records, assist in payroll support activities, and provide administrative support for performance reviews and other status changes.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, stationery, forms, keys, tools, and all related equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Confidentiality: Handle employee inquiries, internal emails, and complaints with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
