We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Global Career Heights. As an Administrator/Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our Elite customer and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meeting Coordination: You will be responsible for managing the calendar and sending minutes of meetings (MOMs) for internal meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  2. Elite Customer Support: You will participate in Elite customer meetings and finalize minutes of meetings in real-time, providing exceptional communication and appearance to ensure a positive experience.
  3. Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our team, including typing, data entry, and other tasks as required.
