About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant - Finance and Operations to join our team at Manpower Professional. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, respond to incoming correspondence, and provide a high level of customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  2. Financial Management: Assist with accounting and finance tasks, including petty cash management, online banking, and expense tracking.
  3. Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of office supplies, stationery, and other essential items.
  4. Travel and Event Planning: Organize travel schedules for employees, arrange meetings and events, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
  5. Employee Support: Provide secretarial support to our management team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and handling other administrative tasks.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all office procedures and policies are followed, and that all necessary documentation is maintained.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work under pressure.
  3. Attributes: Honest, trustworthy, flexible, and positive working attitude.
