About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Accounting Professional to join our team at Evox. As an Admin-cum-Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Accounting and Financial Management
    • Process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
    • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
  • Human Resources Support
    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative and accounting role.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an advertising agency.
  • Knowledge of creating proposals.
