Our Selling Partner Support (SPS) team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and its selling partners, providing world-class support, technical assistance, and account management services.
Role Requirements
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role
- 2 years' experience in a customer service environment in a multinational call center
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with the ability to work shifts and weekends to accommodate our 7-day-a-week opening hours
