We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to provide day-to-day support and coordination to the Accounts department at Maisaloon Star Facilities Management LLC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates with experience handling Accounts roles in Audit firms would be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Transaction Management: Accurately record financial transactions in Tally software, including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
  2. Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing clients and processing supplier invoices.
  3. Petty Cash Management: Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  4. Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  5. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  6. Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Requirements:
  1. Accounting Software Experience: Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software - Tally prime.
  2. General Ledger Functions: Experience with general ledger functions.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
