Job Description

Careers International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the Food and Beverage industry.
    • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow the customer base.
    • Address client needs and provide solutions that align with our company's offerings.
  3. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Use insights to adjust business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  4. Sales Targets & Reporting:
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
    • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and provide insights to management.
  5. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about our company's product range, including new launches.
    • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
  6. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales.
    • Close deals effectively while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with the marketing, production, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide feedback from the market to help in product development and marketing strategies.
  8. Industry Representation:
    • Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales: Preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and maintain profitability.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Food and Beverage products and industry trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales reports.
  • Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
