About the Role:

The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base at Hilton Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect new business leads through research, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Communicate sales promotions and special events to our account base, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our business and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
