About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at ClickJobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and developing a mix of products and services to meet those needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations to customers on products and services that meet their needs.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit sales reports, maintain accurate sales records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent educational level preferred.
  • Experience: 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry; 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a variety of stakeholders; superb organizational and project management skills; ability to use CRM tools for planning and forecasting sales growth.
