Comprehensive Understanding of Hospitality Operations:

  • Deliver precise information regarding hospitality offerings, pricing, and operational schedules across all divisions.
  • Be well-versed in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs), and emergency protocols.

Outstanding Guest Relations:

  • Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and adhere to established phone etiquette.
  • Address guest concerns swiftly and courteously, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the hotel, dining options, lounges, and retail shops to enrich the guest experience.

Strong Leadership and Team Development:

  • Support the management of daily operations, conducting staff evaluations, and executing training programs for team members.
  • Ensure coaching and feedback methods are in line with Marriott International standards.
  • Encourage a collaborative team atmosphere, promote a proactive mindset, and ensure effective handovers for seamless operations.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety:

  • Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to PCI and hospitality standards set by Marriott International.
  • Comply with Marriott Brand standards for all front office operations.
  • Maintain a vigilant approach to security and report any unusual activities to the Manager on Duty.

Effective Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with colleagues, departments, and supervisors to ensure clear communication of operational information.
  • Stay informed about upcoming plans, events, promotions, and reservations.
  • Monitor group reservation forecasts and respond to incoming sales opportunities.
