Guest Services Specialist

As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service that reflects the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. You will provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Communication: Handle incoming communications, including packages, messages, and mail, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members and supervisors to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Information Management: Keep all guest-facing materials, such as brochures and maps, up-to-date. Stay informed about local events and activities to provide guests with insightful recommendations.
- Luggage Services: Manage the storage and retrieval of guest luggage and packages, ensuring a smooth process.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize hotel management software to accurately record guest requests and manage billing processes.
- Support Services: Assist in various areas of the hotel, including the Bellstand and Business Center, especially during peak times.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic troubleshooting support for in-room services, ensuring guests have access to all amenities.
- Collaboration with Bell Staff: Work closely with the Bell Staff to ensure efficient handling of guest luggage and special requests.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
