  • Guest Service Delivery
    • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Facilitate an efficient arrival and departure process for all guests.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead the Guest Service team by example, demonstrating a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to excellence.
    • Train, mentor, and coach the Guest Service team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that established levels of guest service are maintained at all times within the reception area.
    • Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, and ensure action is initiated to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate promptly and efficiently with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Closely liaise with the Guest Services Centre to ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
