Job Description

As a Proposal Engineer at Aedas, you will play a key role in supporting our business development efforts by preparing summaries of Requests for Proposal, interacting with sub-consultants, and writing briefing documents.

You will be responsible for assessing quotes, preparing budgets, and reviewing RFP responses to ensure they meet our high standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Architecture or Engineering
  • At least 2 or 3 years relevant working experience (experience in architecture, interior design, and landscape design firms is preferable)
  • Intelligent, organized, careful, and thorough
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic a plus)
  • Dedicated – willing and able to make extra effort and meet deadlines
  • Loyal – maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Takes initiative – identifies necessary and useful tasks ahead of instruction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
