Position Overview:

The role of the Client Relationship Specialist is pivotal in addressing customer inquiries regarding the Bank's offerings and finding solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Relationship Managers in resolving customer queries and providing effective solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Relationship Manager and Group Relationship Manager.
  • Ensure all documentation is processed in compliance with the Bank's established policies.
  • Collaborate with team members on administrative tasks related to customer management.
  • Proactively engage with customers to manage and resolve issues and requests.
  • Guarantee the quality of work and adherence to deadlines, especially in urgent situations.
  • Manage customer relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal processes.
  • Support Relationship Managers in evaluating customer management trends and economic performance, implementing necessary corrective measures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Economics, Marketing, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with documentation and operational processes.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Possess analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of local laws, banking regulations, and practices is an advantage.
  • Adept at interpreting and utilizing financial information and databases.
