As a KYC Analyst, you will be pivotal in executing key account management initiatives. You will work closely with partners and clients to develop strategies and execute plans that bring our products and services to fruition, while delivering data-driven insights that yield outstanding results.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key account management issues.
  • Take full ownership of accounts for established or new partners, focusing on relationship development, enablement, business growth, and closing sales.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine partnership strategies by crafting a strategic business plan for each account.
  • Execute the plan by creating go-to-market strategies, ensuring the alignment and execution of partner marketing activities such as webinars, blogs, case studies, and local & global partner initiatives.
  • Establish partner organizational frameworks (both business and technical), identify targets, and conduct executive mapping with existing or newly formed relationships.
  • Ensure mutually beneficial relationships; identify new partnership opportunities and product line growth, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and provide actionable communication regarding partner success.
  • Guarantee timely and successful project delivery according to client requirements and objectives.
  • Monitor and forecast key account metrics and partner revenue growth.
  • Assist with complex partner and client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
  • Develop processes and system enhancements to continuously improve execution standards.
  • Communicate progress on quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Prepare account reports as requested by partners or clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including management, operations, finance, marketing, product/engineering, and sales teams.
  • Maintain indirect relationships with partners, proactively addressing issues and creating business value; participate in calls, meetings, and email correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison to our partners and clients, acting as a subject matter expert for technical aspects of the relationship, solutions, and projects.
  • Negotiate contracts in the best interests of clients and the organization.
  • Stay informed about the latest financial technology industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in account management or partner management.
  • Demonstrated interest in fintech/SaaS.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • General business management knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proven relationship management, strategic thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on strategic matters.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ZoHo, Oracle, etc.
