We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaign Specialist to play a key role in driving our marketing automation efforts forward at TALABAT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute ad-hoc CRM campaigns to support local teams, leveraging Braze to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Regional teams to set up automated flows, driving engagement, retention, and product adoption.
  • Expand our marketing reach into new countries and verticals, ensuring seamless campaign rollouts.
  • Work closely with the Campaign Operations Manager and Delivery Hero central team to optimize marketing automation and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute A/B test campaigns to inform experiments and hypothesis testing.
  • Ensure high-quality campaign execution, maintaining the highest standards of quality control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM and campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in working with Braze and similar CRM tools.
  • Strong focus on implementation, delivering high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
