Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and sales calls. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Client Relations and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
- Data Management and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in our CRM system. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
