Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage secure FTP uploads, ensuring efficient data transfer and file sharing.
  • Administer one-time password activities to enhance user authentication and data security.
  • Maintain and secure browsers and applications for safe operational use.
  • Manage user access levels and permissions to uphold security and data protection standards.
  • Update and manage location information and network data to guarantee accurate service availability.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to address network-related challenges and implement improvements.
