Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tire Solutions Business Development Lead to join our team at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet the unique needs of our truck fleet customers in the MEA region.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in the MEA region, showcasing the benefits of our Total Mobility offer.
  • Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling techniques to align our products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
  • Fleet Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients in the MEA region, promoting the advantages of our Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and managing fleet accounts, preferably in the tire industry or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of trucks and tires.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence people without direct reporting lines.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking is critical for success in this role.
