About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to drive growth in our Maritime division. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong track record of success in the maritime industry.

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IoT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate large maritime accounts
  • Brief customers on the benefits of our IoT solutions and provide demos as needed
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to refine offerings and ensure a smooth handoff
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account insights to the executive team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing large deals
  • Deep understanding of maritime and supply chain dynamics
  • Proven experience selling complex software services with a focus on supply chain visibility
  • Hunter mentality with a knack for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships from scratch
