Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to spearhead our sales efforts in Abu Dhabi's dynamic Banking and Public Sector markets. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of IT sales experience, a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi market, and a talent for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Banking and Public Sector domains.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in Abu Dhabi.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Banking and Public Sector organizations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Market Analysis & Insights:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in Abu Dhabi.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  4. Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery units to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve collective goals.
  5. Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  6. Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Banking or Public Sector in Abu Dhabi.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services relevant to Banking and Public Sector clients.
    • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Language:
    • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
