Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Ams Osram. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Automotive Care & Equipment (ACE) portfolio across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the MEA region, focusing on accessories, batteries & tires industry
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion in the ACE portfolio
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with Ams Osram's brand strategies
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities for the ACE product portfolio across the MEA region, utilizing market insights to penetrate new segments
  • Executing promotional activities and customer collaborations to boost sales and market share, performing ROI analysis and optimizing promotional plans for key accounts
  • Analyzing customers' market, business strategies, and key drivers to tailor Ams Osram's offerings, conducting benchmarking and gap analysis for potential business opportunities
  • Leading contract discussions, offer and tender negotiations with key customers, ensuring favorable terms while fostering long-term relationships
  • Delivering monthly reports on key metrics including turnover, profit, marketing spend, and overall account performance

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the Automotive Aftermarket industry with a focus on batteries, tires, and car accessories
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing tenders, with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to create win-win solutions and foster collaborative relationships, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
