Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pyramisa Hotel Apartment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our hotel and its surroundings.
  • Service Arrangements: Arrange for special services requested by guests, such as room upgrades, restaurant reservations, and other amenities.
  • Room Management: Review the property management system to check for updates related to guests, arrivals, and departures, and ensure a smooth handover from previous shifts.
  • Service Coordination: Work with bell staff, housekeeping, reservations, and food and beverage teams to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Room Allocation: Allocate rooms and issue keys to guests, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Guest Verification: Verify guest arrivals by updating registration cards with accurate information, including name, address, email, phone number, method of payment, and guest preferences.
  • Reservations: Handle incoming guest room reservations and requests for services, such as restaurant reservations.
  • Room Availability: Maintain awareness of current room status and availability at all times.
  • Hotel Promotions: Stay informed about current and future hotel promotions and find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize room revenue.
  • Revenue Growth: Promote food and beverage alternatives to increase hotel revenue.
  • Shift Closing: Complete shift closing accurately, obtaining necessary approvals and adhering to hotel policies regarding cash banks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and superiors to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in property management systems.
