- **Evaluate and Coordinate Guest Experience**: Evaluate the daily status of all hotel occupancy and coordinate with various departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
- **Manage Guest Requests**: Manage and greet all guests, monitor and resolve all requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Operate Hotel Systems**: Perform check-in and check-out of guests using our hotel management system.
- **Welcome and Assist Guests**: Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- **Prepare Reports**: Prepare occupancy and guest reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Maintain Guest Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest arrivals and departures.
- **Inform Guests of Hotel Services**: Inform guests of hotel rates, services, and policies, and create, cancel, or confirm reservations as needed.
- **Manage Room Allocation**: Check and manage room allocation to ensure that guests are assigned to the correct rooms.
- **Maintain Key Control**: Determine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
- **Coordinate Concierge Services**: Coordinate and assist the concierge in providing services to guests and maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures.
**Requirements**
- **Work Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in hotel management systems, such as Opera, and Microsoft Office.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
