**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Evaluate and Coordinate Guest Experience**: Evaluate the daily status of all hotel occupancy and coordinate with various departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • **Manage Guest Requests**: Manage and greet all guests, monitor and resolve all requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Operate Hotel Systems**: Perform check-in and check-out of guests using our hotel management system.
  • **Welcome and Assist Guests**: Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • **Prepare Reports**: Prepare occupancy and guest reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • **Maintain Guest Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest arrivals and departures.
  • **Inform Guests of Hotel Services**: Inform guests of hotel rates, services, and policies, and create, cancel, or confirm reservations as needed.
  • **Manage Room Allocation**: Check and manage room allocation to ensure that guests are assigned to the correct rooms.
  • **Maintain Key Control**: Determine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
  • **Coordinate Concierge Services**: Coordinate and assist the concierge in providing services to guests and maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures.

**Requirements**

  • **Work Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in hotel management systems, such as Opera, and Microsoft Office.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
