Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and engineer adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
  • Meet with clients at appointments to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical and engineering information to customers.
  • Establish new customer accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales call/visit schedules.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales in the water treatment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
