Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payment operations projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in payment operations management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of P2P operations, fiat channels, payment service providers, analytics, market research, GTM strategies, and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive operational improvements and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and compliance requirements, with a track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.
