We are a multinational company providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication-related needs. Our headquarter is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, established in 1987. We started producing phone switches and have developed into creating telco network providers, offering tools and complex services for domestic and international coverage. Our products reach more than 170 countries with over 195,000 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies, sales coverage plans, and account plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Build customer trust to accomplish orders and revenue targets.
- Be responsible for achieving sales, collection, revenue, and market goals targets for respective accounts.
- Identify opportunities, coordinate internal and external resources, and win projects through effective project operation.
- Manage transactions, effectively cope with risks, and achieve business goals.
- Proactively deliver new sales opportunities to internal teams and customers.
- Increase customer market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Computer, or Informatic Engineering with a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
- 2+ years of sales, marketing, and business administration experience.
- Professional ICT knowledge and enterprise business process experience.
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry.
- Handling energy accounts such as PLN and Pertamina.
