About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Talent Flow Partners. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry players, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, influencers, and potential clients.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospects to identify business opportunities and establish rapport.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate value propositions effectively, and a natural knack for building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
