About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Property Finder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic client relationships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients through consistent support and consultation.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and business growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client requests, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Proven analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable.
