We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Customer Support Agent to join our client-focused team at the Client of Talentmate. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
