The callcenter Agent will be the liaison between our company and itscurrent and potentialcustomers.
Key Duties AndResponsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound andoutbound calls in a timely manner
- Followcommunication "scripts" when handling differenttopics
- Identify customers' needs,clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutionsand/ or alternatives
- Seize opportunities toupsell products when they arise
- Buildsustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extramile
- Keep records of all conversations in ourcall center database in an understandableway
- Frequently attend educational seminars toimprove knowledge and performance level
- Meetpersonal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Experience &Educational Requirements
- High SchoolDegree
- 1-2 Years experience inHotel
- Previous experience in a customer supportrole
- Familiarity with systems andpractices
- Strong phone and verbal communicationskills along with active listening
- Track recordof over-achieving quota
- Customer focus andadaptability to different personalitytypes
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities,and manage time effectively
