Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies, developing strong relationships with assigned verified leads, and managing a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sell recruitment solutions to enterprise companies, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions
  • Ensure a minimum of 80% coverage of signed stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by management, including ensuring data repository integrity and reliability on CRM

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology
  • 3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions
  • Work experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • High aptitude for sales (Preferably B2B sales)
  • Strong networking and connections in Abu Dhabi
