  5. Review and refine existing HR policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  6. Guide the establishment and maintenance of Rihlat Travel News's authority matrix, promoting clarity across departments.
  7. Stay abreast of industry developments in human resources, particularly focusing on best practices from civil aviation organizations.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
