EMEAA Talent Partners - Business Development Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

EMEAA Talent Partners is a specialist recruitment firm connecting top talent with businesses across the Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Manufacturing sectors.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors across the UAE and KSA. You will leverage your recruitment expertise, industry knowledge, and network to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and businesses in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales efforts to acquire new clients in the FMCG and Manufacturing industries across the UAE and KSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, emerging companies, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent to meet clients' needs.
  • Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, Bayt, and GulfTalent to source leads, build your network, and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of recruitment business development experience within the UAE and KSA markets, specifically within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors.
  • English speaking is a must, Arabic speaking is a bonus.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within recruitment, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Experience in utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, and other relevant platforms for sourcing leads and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG and Manufacturing industries, with a deep understanding of talent needs and recruitment challenges in these sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
